Search Plugin Problem with "Select All"

Hi All,

When i checked 'Select All' option from drop-down it will select all listed field and when i un-checked the 'Select All' it will de-select the field..Work Perfect

But,
In the search field drop-down, when de-selecting field, the "Select All" check mark should automatically be removed

Please find the problem with attached image.Here i have removed checked selection from 'company' and 'price' so 'select all' option should be un checked.

Please help me for this i need it urgently
