Attached is an editor for image maps. It's based on Adam Maschek's orginal Image Map code. You double-click the shapes to edit them. To make it work, just add it to a folder in the Extjs examples folder. I've only tested it in Firefox 3.

Is there any way to highlight all areas, just to give the user a hint?
BTW, double-clicking an area does not edit it:If FF, two new windows are opened, in IE one.
It would be a great idea to enhance the maps itself, so that one could load/save them via ajax. It's just a thought - I am too new to ext to make this running....Just another question:Is there any way to specify an area as parameters, instead of using the html doc?? This way one could use remote components to load the image with maps into a panel.
