HELP! IM NEW TO EXT PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey guys,

I am very new to EXT. I was wondering in order to create applications do I only need to use javascript to store data?

I am building a app were users can add reviews to the app,but how do I store data that the users add in the form?

Data store is for data, you can add and remove it .

I am using Aptana and my Aptana already has some samples like forum,feed viewer, and some more.

I have just one question below.

Can I store data that users add to the application I build with EXT?

Like users add a review about service to the site in a form and then it displays the result when they hit submit?

The samples you mention from Aptana sound the same as the ones provided by Ext with the download. As such, I suspect anything provided by Aptana will be older than what you will get with the download for ExtJS. So I suggest you refer to your ExtJS download, not the one provided with Aptana.

You do understand that you'll need a database on your server, and the knowledge to use it don't you?
