    Default toolbar rendering issue - adding a DOM or Field is not rendering in IE

    toolbar rendering issue - adding a DOM or Field is not rendering in IE

    Hi,

    I have a grid with toolbar(tbar). I have added buttons and a textfield by using addDom and addField methods of a toolbar.

    When grid is rendered, I am able to see Textbox in the Firefox, but in the IE textbox is not rendred.If I add buttons to toolbar, buttons are rendered in both IE and FF.

    code snippets:
    var tb = new Ext.Toolbar();

    var grid = new Ext.grid.EditorGridPanel({
    store: mystore,
    cm: mycm,
    title:'my grid',
    tbar: tb,
    renderTo: 'myDiv'
    // more can be defined

    });
    tb.add({
    text: 'Test Button',
    tooltip: 'test button'
    });

    var myF = new Ext.form.TextField({
    name: 'mytxt',
    value: ''
    });
    homeTb.addField(myF);
    mystore.load();

    Thanks,
    Sri

    Default not working

    not working

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply,

    I tried by setting width to 100, then also the same. In firefox, its rendering correctly.

    But with IE, problem still persists. I am using IE7.

    Do we really need to set width param, for text fields? I guess it is not required.

    Thanks,
    Sri
