A few things aren't looking right. Missing DatePicker buttons and panel title backgrounds?

a good start.
i hope other "themers" will follow you
a small idea for your theme:
i think, yellow folders do not really fit into a gray theme.
here the ones used in the 2.x silverCherry - theme.
