    GroupHeaderGrid should work for EditorGridPanel.

    Maybe you are doing something wrong... Could you post your code?

    Default EXTJS GroupHeaderGrid

    EXTJS GroupHeaderGrid

    In the HroupHeaderGrid Example it was showed for a viewport. I used EditorGridPanel instead of ViewPort.

    after Ext.onReady(function()) I delcared few textfields.

    Code:
    var firstNameText = new Ext.form.TextField({name:'firstNameText',exmptyText:""});
    var secondNameText = new Ext.form.TextField({name:'secondNameText',exmptyText:""});
    after declarion of textfields..I have declared EditorGridPanel

    Code:
    var myEdtorPanel = new Ext.grid.EditorGridPanel({
              layout:fit,
             store: new Ext.data.SimpleStore({
             fields: ['firstName','secondName'],
             data:['A','B']
    }),
    columns:[
    {header:'FirstName',width=25,dataIndex:'firstName',editor:firstNameText},
    {header:'SecondName',width=25,dataIndex:'firstName',editor:secondNameText}
    ],
    defaultSortable:true,
    rows:[
    [
    {header:'New',colspan:1,align:'center'},
    {header:'Changed',colspan:1,align:'center'}
    ]
    ]
    }),
    enableColumnMove:false,
    viewConfig:{
    forceFit:true
    },
    plugins:[new Ext.ux.plugins.GroupHeaderGrid()]
    });

    var myPanel = new Ext.FormPanel({

     items:[myEdtorPanel ]
    myEdtorPanel .render(document.body);
    });

    Its working fine for if U use it as ViewPort..When i use as EditorGridPanel its not working..Please let me know where i have done the wrong.

    Thanks,
    Vijaya,

    You have several errors in your code.

    Can you try this:
    Code:
    var myEdtorPanel = new Ext.grid.EditorGridPanel({
    	height: 300,
    	width: 200,
    	store: new Ext.data.SimpleStore({
    		fields:['firstName','secondName'],
    		data:['A','B']
    	}),
    	colModel: new Ext.grid.ColumnModel({
    		columns:[
    			{header:'FirstName',width:25,dataIndex:'firstName',editor:firstNameText},
    			{header:'SecondName',width:25,dataIndex:'secondName',editor:secondNameText}
    		],
    		defaultSortable:true
    	}),
    	enableColumnMove:false,
    	viewConfig:{
    		forceFit:true
    	},
    	plugins:[
    		new Ext.ux.plugins.GroupHeaderGrid({
    			rows:[
    				[
    					{header:'New',colspan:1,align:'center'},
    					{header:'Changed',colspan:1,align:'center'}
    				]
    			]
    		})
    	]
    });
    myEdtorPanel.render(Ext.getBody());

    I tried with GroupHeaderPlugin 1.2 and GroupHeaderPlugin 1.3. Both are giving the same output.
