    Is it possible to have an SVN access ? Where is this repository ?

    Does the "Commercial License (including full source code)" include svn access?

    No, a supportsubscription includes SVN access.

    As a stand alone startup developer, I can't really justify spending an extra 416 new zealand dollars over the cost a Commercial License just to get svn access.
