    Default Paging issue

    Paging issue

I'm showing 30 root items per page on the grid, with a total of 149 pages. But when I click on an item, the PagingToolbar seems to zoom in on the tree starting from that item. That is, the pager shows there's only 1 or 2 pages, depending on the number of child items of the item I clicked on.

The same happens with the Adjacency List example. I set the items per grid page to 5, so that 2 pages are needed to show all root items. But when I click on an item, the pager shows there's only 1 page available.

The TreeGrid is a wonderful piece of equipment, but this shouldn't happen. I'll go dive in the TreeGrid.js file to see if I can tinker with it.

    Cheers,
    Wilmar.

    Re: Paging issue

Well, I can see now what's happening. If I deselect the item, the paging toolbar's scope reverts to the entire set of root items instead of the children of the selected item.

Can I somehow disable this automatic selection or the change of the paging toolbar when an item is selected?

Question Simple, step-by-step tutorial on JIT

    Simple, step-by-step tutorial on JIT

I have posted this same question on another thread, but I think this is a better thread for the question. So, here I go again: I am new to JIT, in fact 'am relatively new to ext-js as well. I have a number of javascript objects/files that I need to dynamically load. I couldn't find a step by step, simple, clear and from ground up kind of tutorial on JIT. Can anybody point me to one?
    Thanks
