The desktop is very cool,Good job!! but I think that kind of applications have no advantage for the users, unless they use the windows to give experience and some interaction of information between them.
You have separated a single application in multiple windows and sections, mimicking the OS likely to make it more "familiar" to the users. But at the cost of making it more complicated, boring and difficult to learn. Be careful with these things!
You should seriously rebuild the UI, you have little butter smeared on a lot of bread!

Ext.ux.PagerSizeSelector: A plugin that allows the change page size with just one click.
Ext.ux.FieldAccess: A plugin to let the user know which fields are editable.

Not working admin panel in IE versions
Not working admin panel in IE versions
Hello,
I tried it using the IE version and the administration panel is not working in any of the IE version. admin Login screen remains there and there after providing login details.
