    But it is the same is Firefox,It's smaller and it's without any red mark,

    Use this code to test this bug:
    Code:
    Ext.onReady(function()
    {
        Ext.QuickTips.init();
        Ext.form.Field.prototype.msgTarget = 'side';
        new Ext.FormPanel({
            renderTo: document.body,
            items: [{
                fieldLabel: 'A value',
                xtype: 'numberfield',
                minValue: 3,
                value: 2
            }]
        });
    });
    Hover the mouse cursor over the red question mark to display the tooltip.
    The tooltip has a different look in IE (no red border) than in all the other browsers.

    You can also see this difference in the example:

    Same problem. To test use ext-3.0-rc2\examples\form\dynamic.html.

    I thought this was already reported, but if so I can't find it at the moment. The style shows up different in appearance. Also the location of the tooltip is different (the offset from the mouse). IIRC the first form in the dynamic example the placement is ok, but in subsequent forms same page the behavior is readily visible.

    Both the placement issue and the styling issue have been resolved in SVN.
