I am trying to extend ambience's grid filter plugin and add a combobox option.

It works fine when using the 'options' attribute. Select the 'Size' column header:

but doesn't get created correctly when using the 'store' attribute.

The file that creates the combo box is at:

I spent hours trying to figure out this issue but seem to hit a road block.
If someone could take a look at the code that would be greatly appreciated.
