    Default [FIXED][3.0rc2] Error when closing Ext.Window that contains Ext.Resizable combo

    [FIXED][3.0rc2] Error when closing Ext.Window that contains Ext.Resizable combo

    Tested this under IE7 and FF3 using Ext3 RC2

    I'm getting the error: 'this.el is null' when i try and close a window that contains a combo box that contains a resizable drop down section.

    To reproduce, run the following code. It should bring up a window. Select an item from the list and then click on the close button.

    Code:
    Ext.onReady(function(){

        var frmPnl = new Ext.form.FormPanel({
            items: {
                xtype: 'combo',
                editable: false,
                fieldLabel: 'Select me!',
                store: [['1', 'boo'],['2', 'foo']],
                triggerAction: 'all',
                resizable: true
            }
        })

        var win = new Ext.Window({
            layout:'fit',
            width:300,
            height:300,
            items: frmPnl,
            buttons: [{text: 'Close',handler: function(){ win.close(); } }]
        });
        win.show();
    });
    Note: this seems to occur only when the combo box in in a form panel.

    Hello,
    I have the Ext.Js 3.0 Version from the July 6th, 2009. It seems to be that the bug already exists.

    I've tried the posted example and the bug appeared too.

    Can you post a hotfix for this problem or the Code that I have to append to solve the bug, because i've got no access to the SVN?

    Thanks for the trouble!

    Best Regards
    Lukas

    This fix should be in 3.0.0.

    I went here:
    http://extjs.com/deploy/ext-3.0.0/ex...dow/hello.html

    and pasted the OP's code into firebug and didn't see any issue in FF3.5.

    Confirmed, tested the above code with FF3/IE7/8 and was able to close the window without problems. I'd suggest you clear your cache to make sure you have the latest files.
