MultiSelect in Editor Grid

Hi all,
I'm trying to get the multiselect form element from the examples as a cell editor in a grid.
No matter what I do though, it just renders as a blank rectangle when I click the cell to edit it.

Has anyone got it to work?

Alternatively I'm after a good working multiselect editor for the grid, but the one's I've found were all buggy in this or that way, and were written for ext 2.0 or earlier. I would write my own if I had to but time constraints dictate I ask here first.
