    Default GXT Loading Panel

    GXT Loading Panel

    Hi everyone,

    I'm trying to understand how the GXT loading panel works. I saw the Mail App example but was not clear to me because the only reference that I found about the loading panel was

    GXT.hideLoadingPanel("loading");

    I tried to make some tests but I could not figure out how it works.

    Someone help????

    Thanks a lot...

    Component object

    mask(String,CSS Class)

    Example:

    be.getGrid().mask("Loading","x-mask-loading");

    mask

    public El mask(java.lang.String message,
    java.lang.String messageStyleName) Puts a mask over this component to disable user interaction.
    Parameters:message - a message to display in the maskmessageStyleName - a CSS style name to be applied to the message text Returns:the mask element

    Oh ok... I did'nt know about the mask() and unmask() functions... I was talking about the loading panel like the one that is used by the GXT Mail App example when it's initially loading.

    It's very simple to play with the mask function but I think it have a little inconvenient: we can see the application loading behind it... and I want the user see the entire app when it's 100% loaded...

    It is possible to do that???

    Thanks stan
