    Default Resize BorderLayout doesn't work correctly.

    Resize BorderLayout doesn't work correctly.

    I have Container with two panels and splitter.
    LeftPanel has BorderLayoutData with LayoutRegion.CENTER
    RightPanel has BorderLayoutData with LayoutRegion.EAST

    Splitter behavior is not correct.
    I'm moving splitter.
    I am able to move splitter far to the right to have RightPanel reach min width.
    But I'm not able to move splitter to the left!.

    Code:
    public class MyContainer extends LayoutContainer {
      public MyContainer {
            setLayout(new BorderLayout());

            BorderLayoutData mainWestlayoutData = new BorderLayoutData(Style.LayoutRegion.CENTER);
            mainWestlayoutData.setSplit(true);
            mainWestlayoutData.setSize(0.5f);
            mainWestlayoutData.setMinSize(50);
            add(leftPanel, mainWestlayoutData);

            BorderLayoutData mainCenterLayoutData = new BorderLayoutData(Style.LayoutRegion.EAST);
            mainCenterLayoutData.setSplit(true);
            mainCenterLayoutData.setSize(0.5f);
            mainCenterLayoutData.setMinSize(50);
            add(rightPanel, mainCenterLayoutData);
      }
    }
