How to post a good bug report that can be fixed quicker

Notes:

1. Read this before posting any bugs.
2. Format for bug reports is shown in the following two posts.
3. Please do not include or update the status in the title when making a report.
   • The development team will update the status accordingly
     • UNKNOWN = has not been processed yet
     • INFOREQ = more information required
     • OPEN = acknowledged, waiting for resolution
     • FIXED = code is applied to the svn
     • CLOSED = no bug found
4. Changes to the framework will be committed to SVN:
   • SVN access is available to support subscribers.
   • More information about support subscriptions here.
   • Estimated Releases:
     • Major - approximately every 12 months
     • Minor - approximately every 4 months
     • Patch - approximately every month
