    you can minify and setup gzip on your web server.

    I suggest you look up YUI compressor and how to configure gzip compression on whatever webserver you're using.

    This issue is not specific to Ext JS

    Concatenate all your JS files into one file (in the correct order), then process that with yuicompressor.

    Include that in your production page, and ensure that you tell your server to GZIP it.
