[OPEN-17][2.1.1] Fx slideIn/Out failing

Sliding an element in and out using the El.slideIn/Out methods fail if either method is called while the element is already halfway through a slide effect.

This is noticeable on the Fx example (http://www.extjs.com/examples/pages/misc/fx.html) if you rapidly click the "Slide In / Out" button, eventually ending the the following JS error:
