We've added reporting class, it's using template based (html) support form, table, master detail relation in templates.

view reporting in module: opportunity -> report -> opportunity by salesman
view code : opportunity -> sdk -> command -> cmd_rptopportunitybysalesman.

we are considering creating report designer based on ext currently.

try not to use alerts to let user know that you are reloading something, instead use a loadmask or wait dialog (http://www.extjs.com/deploy/dev/exam...x/msg-box.html)... so the user doesn't have to click buttons to continue, when continuing is the only option.

Anyway, there's Tine CRM now, developed with ExtJS, and open source.
