Hi all,

what I need that I write, so here is another my "kid". It's Ext.form.BasicForm extension that provides easy user interface for (multiple) file uploads.

I will integrate it to the FileTree context menu soon.

You can see it in action on the Live Demo Page.

Hi Jon,

there is long lasting problem with upload progress information explained very well in this post. Therefore I've implemented the dummy indicator for now.

I just noticed that I can hit the 'clear' button when the 'upload' is in progress. After the upload finished, no information appears. Maybe it's possible to disable the 'clear' button while upload is in progress.

According an upload progress bar, have you heard of 'swfupload' (http://linebyline.blogspot.com/2007/...5-release.html) ? It uses flash and javascript to show a progress bar on upload.

Maybe I'm too much a purist but I don't like too much the idea of having flash in an Ext app.

So guys,

look at it now. I've implemented progress bar, however it's quite primitive now as I do not process all info I get from server.

I've increased file size limit to 1meg to see some progress. If you upload a lot delete it then please. File go to the root of tree at FileTree Demo.

i think for userfriendly reasons it would be nice to have a zip file of the extension?
i dont understand why i need to rip all the files manually from the source.....
