    Default Dialog in another frame

    Dialog in another frame

    Hi
    I would like to open a BasicDialog in another frame , is it possible ?
    I read the doc and i find possibility to put the id in place of "hello-dlg" but it's not work .
    dialog = new Ext.BasicDialog("hello-dlg", {
    modal:true,
    autoTabs:true,
    width:500,
    height:300,
    shadow:true,
    minWidth:300,
    minHeight:300
    });
    dialog.addKeyListener(27, dialog.hide, dialog);
    dialog.addButton('Close', dialog.hide, dialog);
    dialog.addButton('Submit', dialog.hide, dialog).disable();

    Thank you

    What would be the point of opening a dialog in an iframe? As a last resort, you could potentially make the dialog.body load an iframe if there was some reason (.e.g google.com in a dialog???).

    Thank you for your answer.
    My portal has application access in top frame ( little height) , the top frame stay in any case application has called .(my experience say me frame is not supported by W3C but is very useful in some case)
    The bottom frame contains applications (large height).
    When i click on a button on a top frame i would like to display a BasicDialog in bottom frame.
    Perhaps it's not possible .
