    Designer version tested:
    Designer xds-1.0.0.4
    Operating System: Windows XP Pro

    Description:
    An error as occured when I transform a panel to a tab panel

    Test Case:
    1. Open Project (attachment)
    2. Clic on the center "My Panel"
    3. Right click
    4. Transform > Tab panel
