How to add Panel tools ?

Hello,

I've been looking around to figure out how to add tools to a Panel's title bar in Ext Designer but couldn't figure it out. I've tried using the "Toolbar" tool and explored the "Component config" without success.

Could someone please tell me how to proceed for adding title bar tools like "gear", "help", "plus", "minus" etc. in Ext Designer ?
