Microsoft Office style menubar

I'm looking for solution to make Microsoft Office 2007 ribbon style menubar like here http://www.feyasoft.com/myWord.gsp, i know about buttongroups but i donnt know how to make title to in bottom.
Please give me a way.

going on link i see regular toolbar with button groups. i know how do it, but i need solution to do it looking like MS Office 2007. The first problem is that title of button group cannt be on buttom, or it may be, but i dont know something.
