On/Off toggle coloring issue

Using the form example, go down to the 'Enable' on/off field. Touch and drag the circle less than 50% across so that it snaps back to the left side. However, even though it snapped to the left, it gains the green color as if it snapped to the right.

Thanks Stever, we're aware of some wonkiness there — should hopefully be resolved in the next build. Form elements will also be improved a fair amount in regard to style, it was one of the last minute pieces before sending out the private beta.

FYI: it still does this in 0.81. I think if this is fixed then the issue with touching it many times in a row will also be fixed.
