In the form example, scroll to the bottom of the form. If you start of scrolling gesture by pressing your finger and sliding down and the start point is the slider thumb then the thumb gets transparent and does not return to normal unless you press on it again at some point. If you press on it again and drag, you can cause both the slider to move and the page to scroll at the same time. My guess is that the scrolling should cancel the slider action.
