Tutorial problems
1) The external example does not work on IE8; I get a Javascript error that 'Ext' is not defined.
2) The referenced 'zip' file is corrupt.
In short, the tutorial has become incomplete.
A problem common to tutorial pages all over the Internet is that external examples eventually disappear or become otherwise unusable. Tutorials should always be as self-contained as possible: all source code should be included. If a 'zip' (or other) file is still needed, it should be hosted locally - otherwise the content you are sponsoring can get invalidated by something beyond your control.
