Single-user, single-version commercial license
Licenses for Sencha Architect cover a single user for a single major version of the product. To use Sencha Architect after the evaluation period, each individual user must purchase his or her own license. That license covers use of the current version of Sencha Architect version 2 and all minor updates to the current version. Sencha Architect also includes sample code that may be reused and modified subject to terms contained in the license agreement.

Ext JS license required for commercial
desktop applications built with Sencha Architect
Sencha Architect outputs code for desktop projects through the Sencha Ext JS framework. If you are developing commercial desktop applications with Sencha Architect, you need to purchase an Ext JS commercial license. Without an Ext JS commercial license, the output of any Sencha Architect project that uses Ext JS must comply with the GPL version 3 open source license (including the release of source code).
