Download Sencha Architect for a free 30-day evaluation, subject to the terms of the license agreement. To continue to use Sencha Architect after the free evaluation period, you must purchase a commercial license.
Single-user, single-version commercial license
Licenses for Sencha Architect cover a single user for a single major version of the project. To use Sencha Architect after the evaluation period, each individual user must purchase his or her own license. That license covers use of the current version of Sencha Architect version 2 and all minor updates to the current version. Sencha Architect also includes sample code that may be reused and modified subject to terms contained in the license agreement.

Ext JS license required for commercial
applications built with Sencha Architect
Sencha Architect outputs code for your project through the Sencha Ext JS framework. If you are developing commercial applications with Sencha Architect, you need to purchase an Ext JS commercial license. Without an Ext JS commercial license, the output of your Sencha Architect project must comply with the GPL version 3 open source license.
