Why another tabPanel_Second is to apply same CSS ??

Look at the attach image, please.

You will see two TabPanel.

this TabPanel's Color is blue.

apply CSS.

I want to one TabPenel is to apply CSS, the other is not apply CSS.

Because this is how it works. The styles bubble down to the children. Your inner tabpanel need to iverride it again.

You can also assign this x-tab-strip-top-test only to the tabstripe of the first tabitem. Than it wont bubble to the other tabpanel
