View Full Version : opposite of ghost effect

I want my login window fades in while sliding in from the top of the screen. This is exactly the opposite behavior then EL.ghost() is. Is it possible to do this?
It seems like I can just run 1 effect in a row at an element (slide in and after that fading in) but I want both the same time. Just like the ghost effect. somethink like: el.oppositeGhost('t') ;)

Is there a way?

EDIT: I found this:

Ext.get('login').syncFx().slideIn('t', {duration:1}).fadeIn();

which is not really "smooth" ;)

mhm, seems like my questions are either to stupid or to difficult to answere because neither this question, nor the last few I asked got any replies... ^^

Ive just had a wee play and thought i would post to see if it was something that could maybe help!

var w = new Ext.Window({height: 300, width: 300, id: 'testWindow'}).show()

Ext.get('testWindow').slideIn('t', {duration: 3, concurrent: true}).fadeIn({duration: 3});
obviously the window test case isn't ideal but it was easiest to do!

Let me know if its of any use!
