[DUPE-1077:1089][3.3.0] Grouping example

Hello, ExtJS team!

I use the ExtJS 3.3.0.
When I try to launch the grouping example it causes the following error:
el is null
file:.../extjs/ext-all-debug.js
Line 5016

The code in the grouping.js file looks right. So, it seems there are some bugs in the GroupingView class.

The code is currently being worked on, we're tidying some things up and doing some refactoring.
