Hi All

i am using tree and grids on my application home jsp page.
50% of the times, controls doesn't get rendered properly which is making my application showing only blank page.

is there any way i can make sure that controls get rendered for sure?

this is not happening all the time, but at least 50% of the times and i have to refresh the page to load it properly.

please suggest if i can check anything.

1. Which Ext version and which browser(s) are you using?
2. Are you getting any javascript errors?

And, getting any javascript errors or exception events when loading stores?

Is your application loaded into an FRAME or an IFRAME?

sorry no I don't see any java script error.

Home page have

1. First horizontal frame with Banner Picture (static) - Normal frame
2. Tab Panel with 2 tabs having iframe as containers
3. Bottom frame - hacing again some static + dynamic bits and pcs

So many times when home page gets loaded, only top frame gets loaded

Why not use a Viewport with a border layout (north, center, south) instead of a frameset?

those framesets are getting rendered through our custom tags and custom tags are extensions of a web framework of a product so we can't avoid them :(

can i do some test in java script to check if extjs control got loaded or not, if not i load them explicitly?

This could be caused by a malfunctioning Ext.onReady.

I thought this was fixed in Ext 3.2, but just in case you could try to implement the fix described here (http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?72159-COMPLETE-604-Ext.onReady-modernization.).
