The north region expands by 1 pixel every time you resize the window.

code:

<html>
<head>
<title>layout</title>

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://extjs.cachefly.net/ext-3.3.0/resources/css/ext-all.css" />
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://extjs.cachefly.net/ext-3.3.0/adapter/ext/ext-base.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://extjs.cachefly.net/ext-3.3.0/ext-all.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript">
Ext.onReady(function() {
new Ext.Viewport({
layout: "border",
items: [{
region: "north"
},{
region: "center"
}]
});
});
</script>

</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>steps:
1) open page in firefox 4beta (think it happens in FF3 as well)
2) increase zoom ( ctrl + )
3) resize window (maximise/ restore etc)

what happens:
The north region grows by 1 pixel on each resize.

what should happen:
The regions should stay the same size.

Works fine in IE / Chrome. Only happens when firefox is zoomed in.
