View Full Version : [Solved] IE7/8 Enhanced Security Configuration blocking content from http://

Hi All,

There is an unresolved thread about this is the Ext 2.0 forum but I'm raising it here as I am on 3.1.0 and need some advice please.

On startup of my application IE8 is throwing a window that states

Content from the website listed below is being
blocked by the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration.

I have the Ext.BLANK_IMAGE_URL set correctly, so it's not that.

I think the issue is from this line in initDocReady() in ext-all.js

DOC.write("<s"+'cript id=' + IEDEFERED + ' defer="defer" src="/'+'/:"></s'+"cript>");

My client is happy to register a trusted site, just not http://

Please dont respond with "turn off Enhanced Security Configuration", unfortunatley that is not an option.

In Ext 3.2 the onReady code was changed. It now no longer uses a deferred script tag on IE.
