hello.. to all master of ext js

I'm getting a little problem.
I use the hml editor plugin
when I get value from it,
it is containing html syntax,
I want the value not containing html syntax

this a declaration of html editor
{
xtype:'htmleditor',
id:'TindakLanjut',
labelStyle: 'width:110px',
fieldLabel:'Tindak Lanjut',
height:100,
anchor:'98%'
}

and I get value, I use
Ext.getCmp('TindakLanjut').getRawValue();
or
Ext.getCmp('TindakLanjut').getValue();

If you don't want HTML syntax then why are you using a HtmlEditor instead of a TextArea?

a user wants,
when displaying the data that has been filled,
they want the data displayed, neatly arranged like Microsft Word.
and when the data is displayed in the grid, they do not want in the grid contains the syntax of HML

Configure your grid column with renderer:'stripTags' (but don't blame me if the result looks horrible).
