Hallo guys,

I'm having some performance problems with an ExtJS form. Basically I have Ext.TabPanel with just one Tab right now. This tab contains the following elements: 9 Multisliders and 95 Numberfields, arranged with an absolute layout. In Internet Explorer 8 the loading time is ok, but in Firefox 3.6 it takes about 3-5 seconds. The most significant problem with Firefox is, that you can watch it loading the elements successively in the upper left corner of the tabpanel until all of them are loaded and arranged (sorry, can't explain that better). Do you know if there is any method to decrease loading times and to load all elements at once with Firefox 3.6 like IE8 does?

I would really appreciate your help!

best regards,
B.

How do you load the elements on the form?

Hi,

thanks for your help. Well, the basic code structure looks like this:

Ext.onReady(function(){
var simple = new Ext.TabPanel({
Id:'form',
items:[]
})
simple.render('Form')
});
I'm still beginning with Ext, but the simple examples I've looked at didn't seem to work much different.
