Hi,

I have a Grid with json Store and a DateField. Firefox ist working good, but Internet Explorer not. My date ist lookin this: 2010-12-08T00:00:00

I define it like this:
{
xtype: 'datecolumn',
header: 'Re-Datum',
dataIndex: 'costunit_date',
width: 100,
sortable: true,
format: 'd.m.Y',
dateFormat: 'd.m.Y',
editor: {
xtype: 'datefield',
format: 'd.m.Y'
}
}

In Firefox it look good: 08.12.2010 but in Internet Explorer it is only NaN.NaN.NaN

Can you help me please?

Try dateFormat: 'c'

First of all, you have to make sure the store actually contains a Date instance for the costuinit_date field.

You should configure the field with:

name: 'costuinit_date',
type: 'date',
dateFormat:'c'

Thank for your answer, but this doesn't help :-(

I changed it now to:

xtype: 'datecolumn',
header: 'Re-Datum',
dataIndex: 'costunit_date',
width: 100,
sortable: true,
format: 'd.m.Y',
dateFormat: 'c',
editor: {
xtype: 'datefield',
format: 'd.m.Y',
dateFormat: 'c'
}

But IE still shows NaN.NaN.NaN

No, I'm talking about the field (store/reader) and not the column or the editor.

Thanks Condor. I had date related issues in my grid in firefox. I used your solution and it's working now :)
