The loadMask property of GridPanel allows you to declare your own load mask config.

loadMask: new Ext.LoadMask("but what comes here?", {msg:"Another message"});

LoadMask (http://sl72mfgtcsys/ext-3.3.0/docs/source/LoadMask.html#cls-Ext.LoadMask)( Mixed el, Object config ) Create a new LoadMask
Create a new LoadMaskParameters:

el : Mixed - The element or DOM node, or its id
config : Object - The config object

Returns:

void

If you're declaring the loadMask inline (in your Grid config), you use the short form:

loadMask: {msg: 'Load me, Leroy!'},

Worked, respect man!

I have one more question.
Its posible to apply config later?

For example:
var myPager = new Ext.PagingToolbar();

and later to apply config like, store , items, pageSize, displayInfo, etc.

I've never tried to apply config to an existing instance of a PagingToolbar, so I honestly don't know if it will work. I'm fairly certain that it won't bind to its store correctly, but you can fix that with:

myPagingTbar.bindStore(someStore, true);
