I configured FormPanel , setting floating:true, like this:

this.testForm = new Ext.FormPanel({
title: 'Assign services',
floating:true,
labelWidth:120,
width:380, //setting width, as this is mandatory
height:80,
items:[{
xtype:'checkbox',
name:'mark_as_paid',
fieldLabel:'Mark as paid'
},...],
...
});

Now as per documentation I call setPosition,

this.testForm.setPosition(200,200);

but this panel is still invisible? What is mising? Any suggestions would be nice..
To get idea what I want to achieve, is just get rid of Ext.Window and making this form as window only item, so in documentation is saying that panel can be configured as floating, this I my understanding making it look like a window, but lack some features implemented in Ext.Window class, like center, e.t.c ..

Note to self, RTFM!

myPanel.on('afterrender', function(c) {
c.setPosition(100,100);
});
