If you just want advice, then my advice would be to practice using XTemplates on the Firebug command line.

new Ext.XTemplate('hello {foo}').apply({foo:'world'})

You don't know HTML? That would be a good thing to learn for web development.

I have always found it easier to learn by example than by trying to follow guides for learning something like HTML or CSS. Perhaps you are the same way. The great thing about HTML and CSS is that you can access it on any page you visit if you like the design. Not to steal it, but to learn from it. As you said, you like the way the sencha blog looks. Just view the source and you can see how it was done. It's just the same thing over and over again and could easily be replicated with a template.

Yes you right.
For me the main is honesty and the reason is I don't use somebodies done styles.
I very want to learn proffesional css and html to do cute templates.
