Dear All,

I have integrated calendar in my application (Using EXT 3.3). I have been facing two problems. First header which contains week dates in week view mode does not come up in fire fox (3.6.12) but comes up in IE (6.0). I have attached snapshot for this.Interestingly if i run example file of calendar, it works well. I have kept layout in same way as in example.

Secondly, if event count is four or five for any single day, it comes up in the form that "+3 more.." or "+4 more..." like this but when i click it, it opens the panel which does not perfectly show all records but last records does not get completely visible. Height of panel increases and it completely shows n-1 record and last record only partially visible. I am also attaching snapshot for it. Similarly, this problem does not come up in example. I am also attaching source code for designed calendar.

Please help...

Thanks
Prabhat.

I was facing the same problem...
I didn't find until today. It's strange because the Extjs sample is working well...

In the MonthView.js, i've made the following changes, after some tests :

onDetailViewUpdated: function(view, dt, numEvents) {
var p = this.detailPanel,
frameH = p.getFrameHeight(),
evtH = this.getEventHeight() - 1, <------------- -1
bodyH = frameH + (numEvents * evtH) + 17, <------------- +17
dayEl = this.getDayEl(dt),
box = dayEl.getBox();

p.updateBox(box);
p.setHeight(bodyH);
p.setWidth(Math.max(box.width, 240)); <--------- You can also change the width if you want (i put 240)
p.show();
p.getPositionEl().alignTo(dayEl, 't-t?');
},

It worked.

I made other tests under a laptop, which means with a different screen size.
I've a bad surprise : it's not well displayed.
Remove the "-1" ?
I will try later.

I am running into the same problem with the calendar header for day and week views.

It shows up in IE, with only a minor initial scaling issue, but wont show up in FF at all.

As mentioned above, the demo/example works fine in both browsers.

Has anyone identified the source of this?

Thanks,
Luke

In the MonthView.js, i've made the following changes, after some tests :

evtH = this.getEventHeight() - 1, <------------- -1
bodyH = frameH + ((numEvents + 2) * evtH), <------------- +2
},

It seems to be OK.
