Seems like the measuring mechanism responsible for sizing ToolTips doesn't work well in IE when using the following code:

1. Open Ext JS API docs
2. Run it in the Developer console in IE (works well in every other browser, surprise)
3. Hover over the Sencha logo ('header')

var tpl = new Ext.XTemplate('<dl class="eventTip">',
'<dt style="height:20px">Time</dt><dd>{[values.StartDate.format("Y-m-d G:i")]}</dd>',
'<dt>Task</dt><dd>{Title}</dd>',
'<dt>Location</dt><dd>{Location}</dd>',
'</dl>'),
a = new Ext.ToolTip({
renderTo : Ext.getBody(),
target : 'header'
});

a.update(tpl.apply({
StartDate : new Date(),
Title : 'Test',
Location : 'Somewhere'
}));

If you remove the "height:20px", IE gets it right too... Any ideas?
