We are using ExtJS with Spring for our application which contains 4-5 modules. Each module containing 5-10 screens. Most of them uses Form, Grid or Tree panels, sometimes combination of these. Is it good to have a single jsp file to load all the javascript files or have separate files for each screen?

I think its depends on if you are using a combination of widgets on each page. It would certainly be more efficient (for the machines) to have only the js files you need for each page, but if efficiency is not an issue during development it would be easier (and might save time) to have a include for all the files. I'm only starting out with js but I would say when you go live with the app to then have seperate files for each screen, then again depends on the app complexity, and whether you are passing the data round through the jsp or through the javascript.
