Hi,

I am trying to put an ajax tooltip on a actioncolumn/row. I figured I could use the getClass config option to define a different tooltip for each row. My problem is that I cannot find an appropriate target for the tooltip. My code is as follows:

{
id:'ViewDetails',
width:25,
sortable:true,
dataIndex:'ViewDetails',
header:'',
xtype:'actioncolumn',
items: [{
icon : 'extjs/silkcss/fam/comment.png',
scope: this,
getClass: function(v, meta, record) {
url='index.php?action=toolt.sysReminders&requestType=ajax&sysRowid=' + record.get('sysRowid');
var reminderToolTip = new Ext.ToolTip({
target: this.items[0],
title: record.get('ReminderDesc'),
anchor: 'right',
closable: true,
animCollapse:true,
autoHide: false,
autoShow:true,
width:250,
iconCls:'silk-comment',
autoLoad:{url:url}
});
}
}]
}

If I change the above code to make the grid the target I get my tooltip, but I want the action column to be the target. Anybody have an idea of how I can reference each row/actioncolumn as a target for my tooltip ?

Hopefully this makes sense,
TIA,
John
