<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="D:\mary\ExtJS\ext-2.2.1\resources\css\ext-all.css" />
<script src="D:\mary\ExtJS\ext-2.2.1\adapter\ext\ext-base.js"></script>
<script src="D:\mary\ExtJS\ext-2.2.1\ext-all-debug.js"></script>
<script>
Ext.onReady(function()
{
<!--Spacer image-->
Ext.BLANK_IMAGE_URL = 'images/s.gif';
Ext.Msg.show({
title: 'Milton',
msg: 'Have you seen my stapler?',
buttons:
{
yes: true,
no: true,
cancel: true
}
});
});
</script>

See: http://www.sencha.com/learn/Ext_FAQ#My_code_links_to_extjs.com.2Fs.gif and http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/dev/docs/?class=Ext&member=BLANK_IMAGE_URL

I can see that you're using 2.2.1, best to upgrade to the latest 3.3.1.

Since your using the example code from my book Learning Ext JS, I'm wondering if you actually read the book as well?
