View Full Version : border layout: collapsed panels should disappear

Hi,

short question:
When a panel is collapsed (within a border-layout configured parent panel), the collapsed panel is still showing as a small block (with the ability to expand it again) which is a cool feature.
Now i want that panel to completely disappear when i programmatically collapse it - so the user has no possibility to expand it again (or even see the small rectangle).

how to do that? Any ideas?

thx and best regards
Manuel

have you try "collapsed: true"?

Well... if i configure the panel with collapsed: true
it is initialy collapsed but it does not change the way it behaves or looks.

you can try with "collapsible: true" :D

"collapsible: true" just enables the collapsing and expanding for the user, but when it's collapsed it still shows the small rectangle and does not disappear completely.

Did you tried to set collapsible: false and do the collapse from code?
