[OPEN] Renaming tabs does not cases tabs to overlap or get to much space between

When calling panel.tab.setText("sometihing") the tabs does rearange their position in TabBar.
The consequence is that if you set the text to somthing longer then original, the tap will overlap the next tab in the TabBar. If the text gets shorter, the space between the tab and the next one is to big.

i already quoted that in a bug report but got ignored. It simply does not work this way because of no redraw.
