[beta1]Grid virtualized scrolling is not working with locking column

Beta 1 is showing only grid examples doing one thing per example.

We have infinite scrolling here: http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-4.0-beta1/examples/grid/infinite-scroll.html

And column locking here: http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-4.0-beta1/examples/grid/locking-grid.html

The only special thing in the column locking example is the use of: Ext.grid.LockingGridPanel

If I change infinite scrolling example uses of Ext.grid.GridPanel to be using instead Ext.grid.LockingGridPanel the example do not show data anymore, it's just not working.

So right now, it seems that beta 1 is in parity with the functionalities of Ext JS 3.3.1 BufferView, but with a nicer design.

[B2] Buffer grid is also not working with locking. Buffer grid is a new example in Beta 2. The way to enable locking in Beta 2 is to add locked : true to a column definition. Beta 1 was using a subclass of GridPanel to implement column locking (column freezing), now in Beta 2 this functionality became an encapsulated mixin.

This is now working in Beta3. Which is the first mix of features that work together, starting to make Ext JS 4 more useful than Ext JS 3.3.x from Grid feature perspective. Let's remember that Ext JS 3.3.x has already BufferView but BufferView is not able to support locking column or grouping.

Still Ext JS 4 is still not able to support grouping with Ext JS 4 equivalent of BufferView.
