I'm trying to use javascript debug files that are more specific than ext-all-debug(like ext-foundation-debug, pkg-buttons-debug and so on), but I'm having troubles when I'm running the application.

Does have a correct order to declare them? I notice that when I change the declaration order, the errors that appear are different.

If you don't want to use ext-all-debug.js, and just want to include the files required by your project, you should take a look at JS Builder 2 (http://www.sencha.com/products/jsbuilder) - see the Forum (http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?74274-What-is-the-role-of-JSBuilder2-and-how-to-use-it) for more info.

You can see from this post that it uses ext.jsb2. A quick look at this file (in your downloaded extjs folder), and you should able to figure out the declaration order, e.g.,

ext-base.js
ext-core.js
pkgs/ext-foundation.js
pkgs/ext-dd.js
pkgs/data-foundation.js

... and so on
