Ext version tested:

Ext 4.0.0
css used:

only default ext-all.css

Browser versions tested against:

IE7
FF3

Operating System:

Win7 64

Description:

Panels initially collapsed cause layout problems

Test Case:

Ext.onReady(function() {
var view = Ext.widget('viewport', {
layout: 'anchor',
autoScroll: true,
items: [{
xtype: 'panel',
anchor: '100%',
title: 'panel 1 expanded',
collapsible: true,
collapsed: false,
titleCollapse: true,
animCollapse: false,
html: 'Test content panel 1'
},{
xtype: 'panel',
anchor: '100%',
title: 'panel 2 collapsed',
collapsible: true,
collapsed: true,
titleCollapse: true,
animCollapse: false,
html: 'Test content panel 2'
}]
});
});

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Run the code
Restore the browser window
Expand panel 2

The result that was expected:

Panel 2 width must be the browser viewport width:

The result that occurs instead:

Panel 2 width is the old viewport width (previous to restore the browser win)

Possible fix:

Not really a fix but seems that setting animCollapse to true solves it
